Church is a place of worship, giving thanks and praise to God, receiving life from God's word, celebrating one another and dedicating ourselves in full surrender to Jesus. It's a place of hope and healing. However, Jesus told us to do more than simply gather; He instructed us to "love your neighbor as yourself" and to "feed the hungry and clothe the naked". So to love where we live, on August 17th we gave away clothing, food (canned & fresh produce from the Gateway Garden, backpacks, and school supplies. We also have an area set aside for people to receive healing and encouraging prayer.
We are In The City, For the City.
